Starters (Side dish (2-4 servings))
2 cups rucola
¼ a cup mint
¼ a cup celery
¼ a cup rose petals
Take rucola, mint, celery, rose petals and wash and rinse them well. Mix them all in a bowl, add olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper according to your taste.
Toss until all mix well and serve while fresh.
